Frankfort Avenue is the kind of street that takes decades to become what it is. Independent restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, and bars — all owned by people who actually live nearby. No chains. No franchises. Just a corridor that feels like it belongs to the people on it.
Historic Clifton sits just east of NuLu and the Ohio River waterfront. Tree-lined streets, walkable blocks, and the kind of architecture that tells you something happened here. Victorian homes, converted storefronts, and buildings with stories.
This is where locals want to live. And it's where we put our first two properties.
